* Maintain, manipulate, and analyze data in ARI and Geotab.
* Work closely with Safety to evaluate drivers habits and identify risky behaviors in order to mitigate unsafe driving practices.
* Provide detailed reports in a multitude of formats to both Safety and drivers direct managers showing the exact locations of exceptions violations.
* Should an accident happen, send data concerning the wreck to appropriate parties, including basic vehicle info as well as more detailed collision reconstructions exported from Geotab.
* Assist HR with requests of trip report data if unauthorized use of an assigned or pool vehicle is suspected.
* Facilitate Loss Prevention in investigations of a vehicle should theft or the unexpected occur.
* Create fine-tuned reports specifically tailored to certain departments requests.
* Act as an intermediary between EOG and Geotab to edit and revise specific reports when necessary.
* Provide AP with yearly and quarterly truck replacement forecasts using data exported from ARI using various odometer limit thresholds.
* Request quotes with detailed riggings from dealers and forward to AP for approval.
* Send annual truck listings containing various criteria to HQ for tax assessment.
* Provide monthly mile reports to both Safety and AP.
* Run various cost analyses of truck maintenance to identify potential cost savings; forward the various operating expenses findings to both individual departments and other divisions at their requests.
* Aid Sustainability should fuel consumption or CO2 emissions reports be required.
* Install GPS devices in new vehicles when they arrive, as well as confirm the trucks rigging is proper.
* View weekly reports to make sure the GPS devices are communicating and restart the ones which have become unresponsive.
* Help drivers with logistics of maintenance and repairs.
* Investigate unusually high repair costs by either conversing with ARI or the shop directly.
* At the end of the trucks lifespan, notify HQ, that the vehicle is available for auction.
Job Requirements
Previous facilities, mail room and maintenance experience and a high school diploma or GED required. Basic computer skills required. Heavy lifting (50 lbs.) will be required. Good communications skills and ability to work with all levels within the organization. Some travel to field offices. Willingness to support and be a team member. Valid TX drivers license required. Overtime will be required.
