Job Description

The Integration Architect is responsible for the connection of commercial customer and partner ERP software into Dells system for an integrated eCommerce shopping and buying experience. The role involves working jointly with customers, partners and internal sales teams to scope integration requirements, as well as building the most effective solution to meet the customers needs. The Integration Architect develops and executes project plans, inclusive of project scope, kick-off, timelines, testing, production, implementation, utilization as well as managing key stakeholder communications. The role also requires interaction with internal IT teams, providing insight into current capabilities as well as envisioning future state functionality requirements.

Essential Requirements

The ideal candidate must have technical project management experience as well as extensive experience working directly with customers. The candidate must be adept at handling multiple tasks and projects simultaneously while working with various support organizations, including Sales, Product Management, Help Desk, IT, Invoicing, and Finance, to deploy these integrated solutions.

* 3-7 years related experience
* Experience with eCommerce ERP Procurement integrations Catalog, Purchase Order, Order Status, Invoicing, etc.
* Preferred experience with various protocols such cXML, xCBL, OCI, EDI and JSON
* Strategically focused, director to executive level communications skills (technical and business)
* Strong analytical skills coupled with decision-making
* Proven cross-functional collaboration to define, influence and execute solutions
* Proven creativity and problem-solving skills
* Proven technical project management and life-cycle management experience
* Proven customer and business-facing communication and negotiation skills
* Experience with ERP systems such as Ariba, SAP, Oracle, Peoplesoft, etc. and Market sites is preferred

Desirable Requirements

* Additional qualifications include strong knowledge of e-Business technologies, process definition, and escalation management.
* Bachelor degree or equivalent with at least four years of professional experience in a related field.
* Prefer previous experience working with Federal agencies and partners and/or experience working with Channel partners or in the Channel industry
