What youll achieve
As an Operations & Intake Management Analyst, you will join our Cybersecurity Consulting (CC) team, which is responsible for partnering with internal Dell Business Units to provide security consulting and support the implementation of required security controls in alignment with our security policies, standards and industry best practices. The CC team seeks to ensure customer satisfaction through professional engagement, security focus and the use of a risk-based approach. You will be focused on intaking requests, queue review, and business relationship management for engagements with our Consulting, Architecture, Strategy & Innovation (CASI) organization.
You will:
* Review, triage and assign incoming engagement and security review requests
* Manage all customer interactions for the CASI team in a professional manner with a strong emphasis on customer enablement and satisfaction
* Utilize internal guidelines to properly fulfill customer requests received via internal engagement and ticketing systems in a timely and detail-oriented manner
* Work with the CASI Product Manager & Product Owner(s) to drive and implement process improvements across all product/service lines
* Facilitate and support capacity and demand management processes as needed through metrics creation and tracking

Essential Requirements
* Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and troubleshoot issues
* Customer-oriented with a strong interest in customer satisfaction
* Ability to learn new technologies and concepts quickly
* Works well with others as part of larger team and be able to collaborate on cross functional teams
* Written and oral communication skills with experience in creating and reviewing technical and process documentation
* Ability to prioritize workloads, projects and/or deliverables
Desired Requirements
* Bachelors degree with 2-3 years of relevant professional experience (1 year directly related to IT or security) or equivalent combination of education/experience
* ITIL or Service/Product Management experience a plus
* Data analytics and modeling skills a plus
* PowerBI and/or Tableau experience a plus
