What youll achieve

The DT Select Complex Deal Sr Consultant will be responsible to provide key financial and commercial term support to the DT Select Sales Team on its complex deals. The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of financial, analytical and people management skills. Must be a high performer and excel at simplifying complex pricing and terms interacting for Senior Leadership.

You will:

* Works closely with DTS Sales team on complex pricing agreements and commercial terms
* Works cross-functionally to ensure contracts are structured properly for negotiated deal, including acting as a liaison for deal governance approvals
* Understands product portfolio as well as competitive offerings
* Provides analysis for margins/profitability and can translate commercial agreement into booking and P&L; views
* Works cross-functionally and across Dell Technologies senior level Sales management, DTS Sales, Sales Operations and Legal teams

Essential Requirements

* Bachelors degree with 10+ years related experience; or 7+ years with a Masters degree; or equivalent experience
* Experience negotiating software, hardware and/or services contracts
* Experience working in Pricing, Sales Operations, Business Operations, Finance or other related field
* Ability to synthesize information and apply it strategically to the business
* Knowledge of Dell EMC portfolio/related industry

Desirable Requirements

* Strong communication and presentation skills ability to interface with individuals of all levels
* Strong margin/profitability analysis skills
* Strong analytical/forecasting trending analysis skills
