ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR IMMUNOLOGY SALES STRATEGY NEURO & GI
Description
We are seeking a strong business leader to drive strategic initiatives within the Immunology Sales Strategy & Operations team for the Neurology and Gastroenterology businesses, which will support in-line brands and new indications and brands in both these therapeutic areas.
The successful candidate will have a high level of exposure to senior sales leadership across our business unit and will be a key member of the Neurology and Gastroenterology Sales Leadership Teams. This person will be responsible for:
* This individual will support sales force business model to drive higher effectiveness as well as superior customer experience
* This individual will support IC, sales force reporting, Business/Account planning, targeting, dynamic deployment, pre-call planning, promotional programs and launch execution planning to support brand strategy
* This person will support the DBMs training for new capabilities deployment as well as feedback gathering to further evolve our sales force model capabilities
* This person in this role will collaborate with the regional Ops managers to drive seamless deployment of new initiatives
* This person will also be involved with Sales force execution and will support the Director in analyzing sales force execution and resource utilization (Call productivity, FLEX, promotional Programs, Tactics, and Copay program).
* Communicate with RBDs and Brand Lead to provide updates and advice on how to increase overall effectiveness of field sales force.
* This person will work closely with Sales Operations Director, Sales and Brand to craft the strategic vision for sales meetings.
Qualifications
* 5+ years of relevant experience being highly successful across multiple roles (e.g. Sales Training, District Manager, Marketing) with preference for significant experience in working with a field force
* Strong business acumen skills to support sales force business models to meet evolving needs
* Ability to think and communicate strategically
* Well documented examples of strong leadership, strong compliant execution, and a winning mindset
* Demonstrated ability to deliver on sales objectives with a track record of strong sales performance
* Experience with Immunology customer base and market industry knowledge preferred (but not necessary)
* Successful experience working with matrix team to accomplish business objectives
* Demonstrated experiences partnering with leadership to develop and execute brand strategy
