* Manage Order file, including resolving order errors, MSRP/Price errors, date / quantity/order mismatches between pre-season orders and live orders, research coverage issues.
* Coordinate all activities associated with booking, tracking, processing, routing and shipping customer purchase orders. Actively manage flow of information and own daily decisions needed for order management for assigned accounts, including serving as primary resource for distribution network decisions needed to enable timely order shipment
* Order file maintenance and management for respective account(s)
* Create and maintain buys including processing all slides, shortages, overages, etc. from factories
* Monitor open-to-buy and inventory plans for respective business units
* Ability to analyze data and supply chain knowledge to manage the physical flow of inventory / shipments
* Assist in the coordination with logistics, consolidator/distribution network, and Account Management
* Review and advise on booking exceptions through Transportation
* Proactive Monitor/Verification order pool to identify and prevent issues
* Track WIP POs and open In-Transits
* Maintain daily communication as it relates to order placement and shipment status
* Utilize account systems to assist in managing business
* Provide MAM updates for the forecast
* Perform analytical work and ad hoc analysis/reports to support team
* Create documentation and standardize processes
* Position communicates with both internal and external customers, including Leadership, regarding Customer Purchase Orders and Inventory Management and availability
* Process and supply chain capability enhancement

Experience and Skills

* Customer focused and have a sense of urgency
* Ability to multitask with shifting priorities
* Solid understanding of Inventory Management and Forecasting principles
* Strong numeric, analytical, and critical thinking skills
* Ability to combine analytical skills with practical business knowledge
* Excellent communication, analytical, leadership, and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work across organizational boundaries and levels
* Understand financial impact of decisions
* Proactively identifies and implements process improvements to generate additional revenue and reduce non-value add work.
* Process improvement minded
* Create reports to provide detailed data regarding historical order and shipping patterns
* Planning/forecasting experience required, experience with short life cycle products and global sourcing preferred
* Minimum of 1 year of experience in Forecasting/Planning; experience with short life cycle products and global sourcing preferred
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required, Supply Chain related degree & APICS certified preferred
