The BGS Associate Property Management Analyst will support the management of all property for the C17 Program to ensure compliance to Government and Boeing regulations.

Position Overview:

* Creating and maintaining compliant government and capital property records for all related items located at the Long Beach site. This involves both computerized records as well as supporting documentation.
* Performing recording and reporting on physical inventories annually for all related program property.
* Facilitating, creating and maintaining all move documentation for items moving internally as well as those moving to and from other sites.
* The records and physical activity will include all life cycles of property (acquisition receipt and tagging through use and disposition/disposal of assets when no longer needed as well as reporting loss, damage or destruction of assets) in the custody of the C-17 program at Long Beach.
* Performing storage reviews and reporting on the results, to ensure compliant storage conditions exist to protect the assets both in use and stocked for use when needed.
* Coordination with other sites that have related property program property to ensure records and physical control is being maintained.

This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post- Start is required.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skill/Experience):

* 1+ years of experience managing aspects of Government property such as Acquisition, Receiving, Identification Movement, disposition, contract closeout, subcontractor control, records, utilization and physical inventory
* 1+ years of experience working in a computer based inventory management system or warehouse management system
* 1+ years of experience in an environment as it pertains to Government Property Management processes and controls in an MRO and spares environment.

Education/experience:

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 3 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+1 years' related work experience, 7 years' related work experience, etc.).

Relocation:

This position does not offer relocation. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.
