Work Hours/Shift:
* Full Time, Monday-Friday.
You will be responsible for:
* This position will be responsible for regional float pool staff assigned at FH Memorial, FH Flagler, FH Deland and FH Fish Memorial.
* Facilitates and maintains the scheduling, training and coordination of the HealthCare Partners Regional Float Pool and Preceptor programs.
* Assures that staff has completed initial competencies prior to starting in department.
* Assists and participates with the orientation program for all the new HealthCare Partners staff. Responsible for conducting staff meetings.
* Also, includes and not limited to, covering practices if the individuals in the Float Pool are unavailable. Works closely with Operations Administration.
* Provide written documentation of problems encountered during training to the Practice Managers
* As needed, attends staff meetings providing updates and training.

Qualifications
What will you need?
* High School Diploma
* Valid drivers license
* Requires 5 years experience in a medical setting
* Knowledge of medical coding to include CPT, ICD9 and HCPCS coding.
* Knowledge of medical billing/collection practices.
* Knowledge of governmental legal and regulatory provisions related to billing activities.
* Knowledge of payment and adjustment policies and procedures.
* Knowledge of third party reimbursement terminology, explanations and policies.
* Must possess strong interpersonal skill; must be able to communicate effectively with co-workers.
* Computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows based electronic patient management system required.
