Multimedia and Center Communications Specialist

Responsible for development support and execution of center-wide written and visual communications and center-wide employee engagement efforts, including strategic ideation, creation and implementation across mediums and channels, vendor management, logistics, and planning for complex activities. Also provides development support and execution of center-wide external public relations and issues management activities. Serves as expert to provide lead specialty functions such as video production, photography, motion graphics and graphic design.

Responsibilities

* Manages communications channels. Responsible for creation of multimedia communications components, including video production, photography, motion graphics and graphic design, and alignment with center-wide campaigns. Also, provides consultative services to local leaders and key business partners regarding participation in multimedia components.
* Responsible for development support of center-wide internal and external communications, including strategic ideation and content and visual creation. Responsible for distribution management, including channel determination based on audience segmentation. Ensure accurate delivery of communication across channels through messaging that is engaging, educational and brand compliant.
* Responsible for execution of tactical plans for center-wide employee engagement initiatives and virtual events, including all audio/visual activities. Responsible for supporting engagement initiatives, including managing budgeting, ordering and invoicing adhering to vendor management requirements. Responsible logistical details of complex activities.
* Responsible for continuously improving processes and methodologies used in the execution of strategic and routine work, including center-wide employee engagement activities and communications. Solicit employee feedback and analyze data to make thorough recommendations on communications and engagement results, identifying opportunities to introduce, test and integrate key learnings.

Minimum Qualifications

At a minimum, here is what we need from you:

* H.S. Diploma or GED
* 6+ years Communications, Public Relations, Graphic Design, Videography, Photography, or related experience

Preferred Qualifications

* Bachelors degree in Communications or Graphic Design Preferred
* Mastery of the Adobe Suite of Programs, including Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
