WHAT YOU'LL DO
The position will be part of the PSG Digital & Analytics (D&A) team, with a lens toward financial modeling, operational process improvements and system implementations. PSG is the function responsible for the compensation and equity structure of BCGs Managing Directors and Partners (MDPs). Responsibilities include supporting the D&A team with MDPs compensation & equity financial modeling & tracking, Year-end financial reconciliation and revenue credit process (recognition for commercial contributions). The role will involve gathering data and testing for accuracy, creating data tables for database input, and development of high-stakes analytics for BCG Leadership related to firm commercial performance and strategy. The co-op will also be responsible for creating Excel and Tableau models as well as Alteryx workflows.

* Keen eye for detail and rigorous about accuracy.
* Flexible and adaptable to rapidly changing priorities and ability to stay focused.
* Capacity to conduct and interpret analysis to answer critical questions.
YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)
* We prefer an individual with a concentration in Finance or Mathematics.
* Proficient in MS Office applications Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
* Experience with Tableau and Alteryx systems preferred.
* Prior work, internship or co-op experience in a progressive corporate environment a plus
* Must have legal work authorization in the U.S.
* BCG is currently allowing remote work situations in the U.S. due to COVID-19, however should this change, applicants must be able to be physically present in the BCG Boston office (if required by BCG/ Hiring Manager within a reasonable time frame
