PURPOSE OF THE JOB

This role is responsible for leading and developing solutions focused on a broad range of talent management programs and initiatives to strengthen talent for both RSC and restaurants and maximize the success of our KFC U.S. business. This includes but is not limited to Coach Capability, Culture, Change Management, Career Pathing, and Employee Engagement. This role will work effectively within complex/ambiguous situations, building trust-based partnerships with key business leaders/stakeholders and HR Business Partners to understand the business and deliver effective talent solutions.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

* Build Coach Capability: Assess gaps; develop and deliver solutions that enhances our coach capability. Create and own leadership development programs, partner with YUM! and other brands to share best practices and learn from others. Build leadership skillsets through a systematic approach to assessing organizational health and the strength of the talent/leadership.
* Head Up Program Rollouts: Coordinate and execute training programs such as Heartstyles, Inclusive Leadership, RGM1, etc. for all 4200 restaurant locations and FZ orgs. Establish rollout plans, organize and deliver training, and track and measure results.
* Building People Capability Support: Drive and support talent development initiatives for RSC, including but not limited to leadership development programs, workshops, performance management program, and competencies.
* Lead Culture and Engagement: Develop programs, initiatives, and long-lasting organizational behaviors that support desired organizational culture, assess culture and employee and FZ voice, and partner with senior leaders to action against.
* Change Management: Deliver an enterprise-wide change management approach for the business to manage change effectively, considering communication aspects, implementation, and long-term sustainability.
* Instructional Design & Facilitation: Design and facilitate leadership development and OD-related training materials as needed.
* Partner with HRBPs: Effectively delivering RSC annual performance cycle, and succession planning activities as needed, etc.

KNOWLEDGE + SKILLS REQUIRED

* Education: Bachelors degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Organizational Development, Organizational Behavior, or related field or experience.
* 6+ years experience with track record of designing/developing strategies that drive performance improvement, drawing on different approaches that could include process. improvement, organizational design, talent management, team effectiveness, and performance assessments.
* Experience in Talent Development program management including needs analysis, design, implementation, delivery and program metrics and reporting.
* Experience researching, evaluating, and recommending best practices in the execution and delivery of talent development programs and manage the implementation of the programs and their effectiveness.
* Be a subject matter expert in the design and development of high potential programs.
* Apply talent management and systems expertise with a practical, roll up your sleeves approach to deliver solutions that exceed internal customer expectations.
* Innovator, stays up to date on current trends in organizational development and stays current with what best in class organizations are doing with strategy, structure, and culture
* Understanding of corporate department structure and inter-relationships
* Possess a high level of persistence, adaptability, seasoned judgement, and relational skills needed to work collaboratively within and across functions to drive meaningful process improvements, impact, and results.
