The Bilingual (English/French Canadian) Customer Service Representative provides assistance and support for our French Canadian Customers, domestic customers, International Affiliates and/or Field Sales Representatives for all products sold by Zimmer Biomet. The Representative is communicating to customers by phone, fax, email and internet in an immediate, professional, friendly and efficient manner.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
* Delivers excellent customer support and assistance in conformance with company policies and procedures.
* Maintain excellent/ current product knowledge and professional skills by attending department sponsored training.
* Ensure accuracy and consistency of information provided to clients regarding products and sales issues.
* Communicate with internal departments including: sales, marketing, manufacturing, inventory, accounting and shipping personnel as needed for the purpose of providing excellent service to our customers.
* Assist clients with ordering by demonstrating detailed knowledge about our products and procedures.
* Provide feedback to management regarding customers, or concerns which will help us improve our sales and service.
* Strong attention to detail, team collaboration, attendance and punctuality are required.
* Performs related duties as required.
Expected Areas of Competence
* Ability to communicate effectively with French speaking customers
* Ability to work in call center environment, strong interpersonal as well as communication and organization skills are required
* Ability to read and understand product information and procedure manuals
* Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
* Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization
* Ability to multitask: communicate by phone, while researching product and pricing information and entering orders into our system.
Education/Experience Requirements
* A minimum of a High school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required
* A minimum of 1 year of related experience and/or training is required
* Bilingual English/French Canadian required
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, and Excel are required
* Knowledge of Oracle order processing systems is preferred
* Dental knowledge preferred
