Commercial Banking provides financial solutions to businesses with annual sales generally in excess of $5 million. Our business lines are Wells Fargo Commercial Capital, Middle Market Banking, and Treasury Management & Payment Solutions.

This position is within Corporate Trust Services (CTS), a division within Commercial Capital.

Daily management of deal negotiations and risk mitigation (both directly or through managing a staff that handles negotiations) of complex securitization, mortgage portfolio and servicing administration sales with investment banks, finance companies, mortgage companies, law firms, rating agencies and credit providers within a business line. Position to focus mainly on residential mortgage related CTS business. Responsible for relationship management including client satisfaction, problem resolution and client retention. Typically responsible for the deal negotiations and relationship management of the most complex and/or strategically important customers. Assists in the evaluation of new opportunities, determining the company's ability to perform varying sets of support services on transactions and assisting senior Business Negotiations
Managers with setting minimum pricing levels for deals. Interacts with sales force to provide detailed expertise for certain sales calls, meetings and presentations as needed. Additionally, assists in identifying, evaluating and implementing enhancements to service offering and/or entrance into new market niches. May be responsible for managing Business Negotiations Consultants.

There is emphasis on proactive monitoring, governance, risk identification and escalation, as well as making sound risk decisions commensurate with the business units risk appetite and all risk and compliance program requirements.

Required Qualifications
* 8+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: capital markets, corporate trust, contracts, or business development

Other Desired Qualifications
* Experience with Corporate Trust Services, including Residential Mortgage-Backed Securities (RMBS) services and detailed understanding of RMBS related contracts
* Legal document negotiation experience
* Experience with structured products

* Ability to travel up to 5% of the time
