REALtech Title LLC is seeking to hire a Closing Supervisor for our joint venture title agencies. We are seeking to hire a dynamic, self-starter who would like to join our growing team and deliver truly exceptional service and commitment to our customers. The ideal candidate is someone who has a positive attitude, takes initiative, works well under pressure, and wants to be part of and leader of a team.
The candidate for this position must be able to work out of the Mount Laurel, NJ or Houston, TX offices.
The Closing Supervisor will have responsibility for the day-to-day performance of the operations team to support of the Companys goals and strategies. Leads decision making on personnel actions. Coordinates efforts among assigned employees responsible for all phases of processing.
Principal Accountabilities:
* Provide leadership and support to the employees, including answering questions regarding files, helping to balance files, answering recording questions, and overseeing training.
* Review and evaluate job performance of each area of processing (i.e. Closing Specialists and Processors).
* Manage employees as appropriate to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
* Provide second escalation point for customer and client related issues handle problem calls from customers, agents, etc. and provide solutions.
* Work with REALTechs leadership team to efficiently map processes and systems. Regularly resolve processing issues by maintaining high level of communication and ensuring adherence to all company policies and procedures.
* Conduct research, analysis and development of ad-hoc projects. Work with REALTechs leadership team to continuously develop ideas and plans to improve processes, employee morale, and general office issues.
* Support all recruiting, on-boarding, new hire training efforts for the operation.
* Handle daily supervisory responsibilities, i.e. performance management, employee engagement, employee productivity, recognition.
* Manage all daily processes to ensure operational efficiency and compliance with clients service metrics.
Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent required.
Bachelors Degree strongly preferred or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the job functions, may be substituted.
Minimum of 2 years of prior supervisory or management experience required.
2 + years of business management experience in the closing/title/real estate industry. Ideal candidate will possess experience with conducting closings, processing, and/or title curative.
Interpersonal Influencing and relationship building.
