Responsibilities to Anticipate:

Provide investigative support to the Raytheon Missiles and Defense (RMD) Business. The incumbent will work in conjunction with HR, Ethics, Labor Relations, IT Security, Office of General Counsel as well as Raytheon Corporate Security and receive direction from a manager of RMD Counterintelligence and Investigations. Liaison with law-enforcement agencies as deemed necessary in the fulfillment of investigative duties. Conduct personnel interviews to supplement investigative results. Provide timely and concise updates to RMD management regarding ongoing investigations while outlining the investigative findings through clear and concise reports.

In addition, the individual will independently conduct investigations into violations of the National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM) to determine probability of loss, compromise, or suspected compromise of classified information and implement corrective actions to prevent a recurrence. Conduct investigations capable of withstanding judicial and administrative scrutiny, into noncompliance with company policies and procedures, company ethics policies and violations of the law. Conduct employee interviews and forensic audits of employee assets to determine adherence to the companys policies, procedures, and ethical guidelines.

Investigate possible intelligence gathering activities as reported including:
(1) Efforts by any individual to obtain unauthorized access to classified information or to compromise a cleared employee,
(2) all contacts by cleared employees with known or suspected intelligence officers of another country, or (3) any contact which suggests an employee may be the target of an attempted exploitation by the intelligence services of another country. Investigate reported suspicious contacts targeting employees when such contacts suggest intent to elicit information from the employees including contacts made in person, computer, or by telephone. Write reports concerning the findings of these investigations for submittal to applicable cognizant government agency.

Qualifications You Must Have:

* Display the highest level of integrity.
* An active and in-scope US Top Secret security clearance.
* Working knowledge of the NISPOM.
* Proficient in conducting investigations, have familiarity with criminal and employment law, evidence collection and retention, interviewing and interrogation, and report writing.
* Excellent investigative report writing ability, and proficient in providing court testimony.
* Education: B.A./B.S.- In fields such as Information Systems, Business Management/Administration, Criminal Justice Administration, or other related field, and an additional 4 years related work experience.
