Job Description: The Military Engines Program Quality team is looking for a quality engineer who is energetic and motivated to conduct process and product audits, facilitate with root cause analysis, initiate continual improvement initiatives, ensure compliance of the production and modernization of military programs. The responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Demonstrate a high level of customer focus, business judgment and teamwork
Communicate with various levels of management to identify Military Engines quality risks and mitigation plans
Collect and analyze process data to minimize workflow disruptions and eliminate nonconformances/escapes
Lead quality system, process, and product audits
Assist in the development of the annual audit schedule and support 3rd party audits as required
Oversee complex and modular maintenance activities to ensure compliance to regulatory requirements
Facilitate investigations to determine root cause and corrective actions while preventing future recurrence
Achieving Competitive Excellence; Lead process improvement initiatives to increase organizational efficiency and effectiveness
Generate and modify applicable quality controlled documentation to ensure processes and requirements are clearly defined
Manage the inspection and testing processes across production and modernization programs
Customer satisfaction; Identify and assist all stakeholders with product deficiencies and resolution

Requirements
4 - 6+ years experience with demonstrated ability to work with a diverse group of skilled workers including international workforce.
AS9100 experience preferred
Education: Bachelors Degree in a technical discipline or business field required.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to travel as required
