This position is for Value Stream Lead (VSL) supporting programs within the Texas Module Integration & Test (TMIT) factory. The Value Stream Lead role is expected oversee and coordinate the operational aspects of ongoing projects and services as liaison between the Operations Program Management team and Factory Management team. Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality and customer satisfaction goals and targets. Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for interventions and problem solving with project managers, line managers and customers. Specific tasks include choosing and reporting material coverage, establishing potential and actual material requirements based on factory needs, shop load analysis, factory implementation, and EAC responsibilities. The position will be expected to interact daily with functional and factory resources to ensure all program requirements are met, as well as, responsible for metrics tracking and development in support of the Factory and CMC Leadership. The position also requires proposal HPU generation and support of new business using history, quotes, and as-likes.
This role is also expected to ensure that all supported contracts meet delivery schedule, cost and performance in accordance with the contract requirements called out by the varying Government and Commercial Customers. The employees responsibilities would also include the introduction of improvements to the business for improved performance and metrics.
Required Skills:
* Minimum of 4 years of relevant Operations and/or Business experience.
* PRISM Must be proficient in and be able to perform material demand analysis, choose product build status, and know how to access and understand CN22s, MSISs, RTV status, equipment history, and configuration.
