Raytheon RI&S Contracts is looking for one or more Sr Contracts Negotiators to provide contracting support for the Secure Systems Solutions product line. As a Contracts team member, this position requires you to provide business counsel to the business area and contribute to the strategic growth goals of the business. This Contracts position will primarily support either (1) the EAGLE program -- a high volume commercial product line with numerous domestic and international customers, or (2) repair programs in support of numerous U.S. Department of Defense customers.
Candidate will work in a challenging, fast-paced environment. Preferred position is located in Tucson, Arizona, although remote support may be considered.

The Sr Contracts Negotiator will serve as an agent of the company and will lead the program team in proposal activities, negotiations, and all other miscellaneous contract activities and duties. The individual assigned to this position receives, processes and releases contracts; reviews and negotiates terms and conditions; maintains contract files; and works within a cross functional team to develop and submit proposals, administer contracts, and support the Integrated Contract Management System and international due diligence requirements in accordance with company policies. This position interfaces with both external and internal customers during contract pre-proposal, negotiation, maintenance, and closeout; serves as primary point of contact for resolution of customer issues; and develops and maintains customer relationships.

Required Skills:

* Minimum of 6 years of professional contracts or related experience
* Knowledge of and experience with FAR and DFARS and other government regulations
* Experience with all contract types: FFP, CPFF, and T&M
* Experience in generating and negotiating proposals/contracts
* Ability to work within a team and foster trust from both external and internal customers
* Ability to prioritize daily actions and handle high volume contracts tasking
* Ability to interpret and comply with company policies and procedures
* Effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills
* Highly motivated and organized
* Customer-focused with a positive and enthusiastic attitude
* Ability to work independently with minimal oversight
* US Citizen

Required Education:
Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Finance or related field
