Raytheon Technologies is seeking a candidate who will primarily be responsible for managing our VMware Horizon View infrastructure. They must also have a good understanding of underlying technologies as they relate to Virtualization, Active Directory, backups, storage and TCP/IP networks along with enterprise level experience with those technologies. Ability to work efficiently under pressure and thrive in a cross functional team environment. Capable of adjusting to rapidly changing priorities while providing accurate work estimates for completion of tasks. Possess a strong work ethic and be able to adjust their work schedule to meet deadlines.
Clearance Requirements:
* Must have at least a current active SECRET clearance
Required Skills:
* Support and manage VMware Horizon View (VDI) infrastructure
* Responsible for analysis, administration and support of VMWare Horizon View VDI, thin clients, and other VDI-related technology
* Provisions servers including: adding, allocating and managing vDisks for end-user devices
* Develop scripts to automate the monitoring of VDI environment
* Responds to End User requests for technical support and assistance within established procedures
* Desktop Pool build and maintenance
* VMware Horizon 7/8 Admin Support
* User assignment/entitlement
* Template build and maintenance
* VMWare vSphere
* Active Directory
* Troubleshoot to resolution, enterprise level problems including but not limited to DNS, DHCP, GPOs, files servers, email servers, etc.
* Read and modify PowerShell scripts
* Support an enterprise level VMware environment
* Assist with troubleshooting network issues
* Must have excellent interpersonal, communication, computer, writing skills, and professional image
* Ability to multi-task
* Self-starter with minimal supervision
* Attention to detail and follow-through when completing tasks
* Ability to plan, schedule, and arrange activities in accomplishing objectives
* Ability to display tact, discretion and diplomacy in dealing with all levels of Raytheon Technologies employees and Customers
* Must be able to obtain and maintain all access as required by the programs.

* AppStack build, Packages Installation and maintenance
* Basic TCP/IP networking

* Assist with troubleshooting Linux systems where appropriate along with a comfort level working in a heterogeneous environment.
Required Education:
* Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of related experience.
