As a Senior Data Integrity Engineer (Software Engineer 3) you'll be instrumental in ensuring our flagship measurement products, Moat Reach and Moat Outcomes, are powered by accurate and reliable data. These products measure the audience reach and effectiveness of ad campaigns across the web and on television. The role requires collaboration with data scientists, backend engineers, and infrastructure teams; building systems to evaluate and profile new (big data) datasets, automating and accelerating the validation of updates to our data science methodology, developing new tools and frameworks for ensuring the integrity of the data underpinning our products.
Primary responsibilities include:* Developing tools and frameworks to understand the impacts of changes in core datasets and methodology to the product.
* Developing a deep understanding of the datasets powering our measurement products
* Identifying and capturing key metrics that identify when the integrity & reliability of the product might be at risk
* Building tools that reduce the time and effort needed to test the integrity of the data in measurement products
* Validating that changes in data or methodology do not lead to unintended losses of accuracy or reliability in the product
* Communicating with team members, project management and research statisticians to understand the data science methodologies and their impacts on the user experience
* Providing thought leadership and coaching for less experinced team members in the area of software engineering best practices
* Identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing solutions within existing frameworks
* Consistently striving to release the best implementations of the most accurate digital media measurement products in the market

* BS computer science or related field
* 5-7 years experience in software engineering
* 3-5 years working in data-centric applications, pipelines, ETL
* 1-3 years experience working on a production SaaS platform
* 1-3 years experience working with large data
* Experience in python a must, experience with React JS a definite advantage
* A mindset focused on automation, data integrity, and reliability
* Standard software development practices including scrum, automated testing, deployment pipelines, continuous integration and continuous delivery, etc.
* The desire to continually learn and test your own boundaries.
* Collaborative, positive attitude with desire to work in a demanding, fast paced, and dynamic work environment for a rapidly growing business unit.

Design, develop, troubleshoot and debug software programs for databases, applications, tools, networks etc.
As a member of the software engineering division, you will assist in defining and developing software for tasks associated with the developing, debugging or designing of software applications or operating systems. Provide technical leadership to other software developers. Specify, design and implement modest changes to existing software architecture to meet changing needs.
Duties and tasks are varied and complex needing independent judgment. Fully competent in own area of expertise. May have project lead role and or supervise lower level personnel. BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. 4 years of software engineering or related experience.
Colorado Pay Range: From %2488,737 to %24159,727 per annum
