Basic Job Functions:
The Grating Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for continuous improvement on profitability and order management of Vulcraft Texas steel bar grating product line. This includes developing an effective territory marketing, distribution, volume and pricing strategy for key regions that service our steel bar grating customers. This role calls for a high level of collaboration with sales and non-sales teammates within the entire Vulcraft Texas division in order to drive enterprise-wide results. Must be willing to travel occasionally.

Minimum Qualifications:
Three years of experience in sales.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience in the steel bar grating industry
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word
* Proficiency with SAP software
* Bachelors degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Construction Mgt., or related field

This segment sells its ferrous scrap to electric arc furnace steel mills and foundries for manufacturing process; and nonferrous scrap metal to aluminum can producers, secondary aluminum smelters, steel mills and other processors, and consumers of various nonferrous metals.
The company offers its products through its in-house sales forces; and internal distribution and trading companies. The company was founded in 1940 and is based in Charlotte, North Carolina.
