Working at our North America Headquarters in Beaverton, you'll join the Online-to-Offline (O2O) Team within Nike Direct Digital Commerce (NDDC)! Youll be responsible for supporting digital growth and innovating Nikes Omni-Channel practices to better serve consumers and activate operational efficiencies. We are tasked with developing and executing strategies that help consumers access Nike product and services seamlessly across the marketplace. You will be reporting to the Senior Director of NA NDDC O2O.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Were looking for a Director of NA NDDC O2O Capabilities and Operations. This position will be working across functions to build and improve the end-to-end operations and capabilities for our O2O offense. The Director will supervise a team leading the program maturity of end-to-end business operations. For example: O2O pick up and returns, ship-from-store, and in-store services.
We are looking for someone with an entrepreneurial and strategic mentality! A proven track record using strategic tools and frameworks to analyze sophisticated problems. Also able to develop clear recommendations, and mobilize a team to achieve our plan.
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
You will lead our capabilities and operations team, as part of the broader NA NDDC O2O Team.
Key responsibilities include:
* Build the short- and long-term strategy for O2O capabilities and operations
* Lead a team handling overall NA NDDC O2O program management
* Liaison across functions and with Nike Global counterparts to identify business requirements and tools needed to execute O2O strategies
* Stand up and operationalize new O2O programs, coordinating the working model across teams to run the business
* Build operational reporting and critical metric performance for all O2O programs (with Nike Analytics)
* Work closely with Nike Global Digital Product to land value drop timelines and prioritization. Communicate program tradeoffs and provide subject matter expertise, when vital
WHAT YOU BRING
* At least 8 years working experience, including experience in program management, large group coordination, work tracker management and analytics
* Confirmed Experience: strong exposure to digital commerce, retail, membership programs and/or omnichannel strategies
* Strategic & Entrepreneurial mindset: proven track record using strategic tools and frameworks to analyze complex strategic problems, develop clear recommendations and mobilize a team to achieve the plan
* Quantitative background: confirmed ability to synthesize data and analyze research related to consumers, industries and competitors
* Problem-solver: ability to break down and simplify ambiguous problems into executable achievements and actions
* Program Management: proven track record of effectively scoping and executing projects, and to lead cross-functional teams
* Presentation prowess: proven track record to craft and articulate compelling presentations with engaging storytelling for communicating strategies and recommendations
* Team orientated: strong interpersonal skills and ability to work the matrix to reach project achievements, whilst also a pro-active self-starter who can lead independently
