Fortune 100 financial services company seeking print associate with a minimum of 5 years work experience managing print projects. Successful candidate must be well versed in print production with strong project management skills to lead projects from concept to finish product. Projects consist of sourcing and procuring print collateral such as sales kits, brochures, inserts, publications, direct mail, stationery, promotional premiums, and other related print services.

Responsibilties

* Collaborate with internal business stakeholders, marketing department and creative teams to define and document scope of work.
* Offer expert advice in developing efficient and cost-effective print specifications.
* Create and issue RFQs, obtain and review proposals.
* Liaison with stakeholders and suppliers keeping all parties updated on progress of project.
* Manage workflow and adjust schedule accordingly to ensure deadlines are met and on-time delivery.
* Review and approve requisitions and purchase orders, traffic proofs and maintain project documentation.
* Monitor quality of end-product and supplier services.
* Proactively troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
* Provide stakeholders with a positive customer experience

Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree preferred
* Print industry experience required
* Knowledge of prepress, paper, color/inks, proofing methods, sheet and web presses, offset and digital printing
* Experience with lettershop, mail house, warehouse, and fufillment centers
* Proficient in Microsoft Office
* Ability to multi-taks and prioritize workload to meet tight deadlines
* Working knowledge of Ariba a plus
