The Senior Account Executive (AE) for this Professional Services Strategic Account role adds value to Microsoft by leading a well-managed, high-performing and continue-growing sales and professional services industry team to deliver year-over-year business and revenue growth. Success is measured by quota achievement; exceeding customer objectives across assurance, tax and consulting/advisory, business and technology relationships and in exceeding a balanced business and technology scorecard. The Senior AE role provides an industry focused presence by account for the customer relationships and plays a critical role in driving our customer's digital transformation journey.

We are hiring a Senior AE to lead a sales and professional services industry team to deliver year-over-year business and revenue growth for one of our largest, professional services, strategic accounts in each of the following three areas: Tax

Audit/Assurance, Consulting/Advisory

* Strategy development with multi-phase execution and delivery within the line of businessu200B
* Background in large-scale, multi-year enterprise change management u200B
* Executive communications, engagement and influence u200B
* Knowledgeable of the partner ecosystems and programs u200Bu200B

Core responsibilities u200B

* Develop landing plan including field onboarding, partner disclosure, readiness, and execution u200B
* Ensure subsidiary business owners of transformation pillars (commerce, co-sell, membership) incorporate changes within their respective planning and execution for positive business outcomes u200B
* Determine core transformation stakeholders, scope, and role criteria and accountabilities u200B
* Create disclosure and onboarding/transition plans to prioritize efforts with stakeholders, partner account teams, support, operations u200B
* Drive attainment of local subsidiary change mgt KPIs/scorecard results u200B
* Participate within the partner transformation community, share learnings, best practices

Education, Key Experiences, Skills and Knowledge u200B

* 3+ years of building strategic business partnerships through selling or consulting with enterprise customers. Equally considered will be 3+ years of experience driving digital transformation from within the enterprise customer u200B
* Bachelor's degree or MBA preferred; or equivalent experience u200B
* Experience in influence-without-authority (networking / orchestration with internal and external resources) in global environments u200B
* Demonstrated ability to understand how to run business and commercial models (including, but not limited to, portfolio management, P&L ownership, business planning)u202F
