In this role, as the technical leader, you will work with a team of seasoned managers and engineers as they build reusable platform components for orchestration, fault-injection, data analysis and intelligence in the Resilience and Chaos Engineering infrastructure space. These services form the core of our dev/ops management products, many of which are still in the ideation phase. A person in this role will need strong customer empathy and instincts, along with the ability to provide architectural and product guidance in support of a highly autonomous group of people. The successful candidate will be someone who enjoys complex technical challenges and technically leading engineers to fulfill the product technical design and eco-system solutions with customers and partner teams.

* Design and develop products/solutions that ensure resiliency, scalability, availability, and extensibility.
* Provide technical guidance, technical leadership and mentoring for team members; oversee/ensure the product quality.
* Passion for technology and personal interest in keeping abreast of latest technology developments, engineering management and chaos engineering practices.
* Collaborate and influence to get things done and get things aligned both within the team and across the organization and geographies.
* Lead/drive/work with customers and partner teams to design and implement resilience/Chaos engineering eco-system and solutions.

Required Qualifications:

* 7+ years of demonstrated experience architecting and delivering production grade multi-tenant service(s) as part of SaaS products.
* 10+ years of direct software development experience to build production grade and customer facing services.
* Excellent communication skill, influence skill and customer engagement skill
* A BS/MSc in Computer Science or equivalent
