Security Clearance Requirements: The successful candidate must be a United States citizen and have active US Government Security Clearance based on a Tier 5 investigation and the ability to pass a polygraph. The selected candidate must be able to start within 30 days of offer acceptance.
Identifies, monitors, and assesses the efforts of a foreign intelligence entity who attempts to collect sensitive data. Writes strategic assessments and provides tactical analysis and advice. Qualified candidates should have a working knowledge of the DoD National Industrial Security Program (NISP) processes. Experience with a U.S. Government industrial security counterintelligence and insider threat program. Must have 8 years of relevant experience, strong oral/written communication, and strong interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
* Analyze, assimilate, and evaluate all available suspicious activity, threat, and intelligence information collected.
* Demonstrate hands on experience analyzing high volumes of logs, network data, and other artifacts.
* Understand and analyze emergent computer, telecommunications, biometric or geospatial technology threats.
* Familiarity with malware analysis concepts and methods.
* Review scripts/traffic from other streams to provide analysis and recommendations.
* Formulate information source search strategies, review data to identify patterns and relationships across multiple disciplines.
* Use open source to support and supplement threat analysis.
Qualifications:
* Eligible or active TS/SCI Security Clearance, with polygraph preferred (most recent Tier 5 investigation within the last 4 years)
* 5+ years of experience analyzing and pursuing threats.
* Deep experience with and knowledge of Intelligence Community Directives, the National Industrial Security Program and the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency.
* Practical application of the National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual.
* Understanding of applicable guides and government systems with relation to counterintelligence.
* Demonstrated ability to utilize government, open source, other commercially available systems, and internal databases to review, collect, analyze, evaluate and interpret data to produce actionable intelligence products that can be consumed by both technical and non-technical audiences.
* Proficient in SIGINT and cyber analysis, tools, reporting and methodology.
* Demonstrated ability researching and writing due diligence reports, analyzing metadata, network traffic and public infrastructure to supplement intelligence products.
* Strong written communication skills, including experience in taking complex technical concepts and making them consumable and relatable to broader groups of readers.

* Experience working in teams and matrix environments.
* Experience working on a counterintelligence, insider threat and OPSEC program team.
* Proven ability to build strategic relationships with key threat intelligence partners in government and industry.
* Delivers written material and presentations to internal and external audiences.
* Ability to quickly and efficiently sort through data to identify key issues or variables to consider in making important strategic decisions.
* Excellent cross-group collaborator with strong organizational skills, quickly understanding and meeting needs of customer and peer teams.
* Ability to effectively multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
