We are looking for a Cross-Cloud Industry Solution Architect to deliver critical solutions to our customers across the Microsoft Cloud - Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure, and Microsoft 365. The Business Applications Solutions team, as part of the Business Applications Group, is bringing together the best that Microsoft has to offer to ship industry-focused solutions, such as the Microsoft Cloud for Healthcare, the Microsoft Cloud for Financial Services, and the Return to the Workplace solution, to meet the needs of some of the biggest companies in the world. In this role, you will work with product engineering, delivering components of each Industry Cloud comprised of Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure, and Microsoft 365. You will help facilitate success across the team responsible for early adopter customer identification, selection against defined business and technical criteria, and shared execution of Technology Adoption Programs that provide strong industry-level feedback. You will drive the customer Rhythm of the Business and be their voice in helping shape individual products and features into a unified Industry Cloud offering. You will also capture best practices and become a resource and mentor for teams from all over Microsoft across each Industry Cloud.

Responsibilitiesu202F

* Provide thought-leadership and guidance to Customer Business and Technical Decision Makers on Industry Cloud Solutions in up to two of our announced Industries.
* Orchestration of product engineering groups across multiple clouds to operate as a single Microsoft Cloud in delivering Industry Solutions.
* Definition and management of inbound interest across each industry. This includes, but is not limited to, working with product teams and marketing to define selection criteria.
* Manage communication of inbound leads including self-serve learning and signup experience, working across disciplines as a customer advocate.
* Ecosystem adoption ROB and Reporting.
* Close partnership with Technical Solution Architects as they engage initial customers, creating technical feedback loops between product engineering and leadership.
* Technology Adoption Program (TAP) coordination between feature teams.
* FastTrack team and field coaching on technical upskilling.
* Serve as a team subject matter expert on cross-cloud technologies that comprise your Industry Solution(s).
* Some development and/or scripting, not to exceed 20% of time, focused on development of proofs of concept, hacks, bug bash participation, and dashboards as needed.

Qualificationsu202F

* 5+ years of experience in cloud engineering from an architect and/or developer perspective
* 3+ years of domain experience in at least one of the following: Healthcare, Financial Services, Manufacturing, Nonprofit, and/or Retail industries
* Understanding of functional and technical architecture of Dynamics 365, Azure, and/or Microsoft 365

Preferred Qualifications:

* B.S. in Computer Science, B.S.B.A. in equivalent MIS or CIS program, or graduation from relevant coding program(s)

Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: Microsoft Cloud Background Check. This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
