The Microsoft 365 Consumer Subscription Experience team plays a critical role in developing world-class customer experiences that drive subscriber base growth. We take an experiment-based, growth marketing approach, partnering across go-to-market, finance, research, data and engineering teams to design and land experiments, investments and programs that move the needle on customer experience, and on the business.
We are looking for a strong analytical and customer-focused leader with a passion for consumer products and excellent user experience, to drive incremental growth in our subscriber renewals. This is a unique opportunity for an ambitious product leader to make a key contribution toward Microsoft's bold goals for our evolving consumer subscription offering.
You will have a strong understanding of the fundamentals of reducing churn and be able to demonstrate proven impact driving incremental growth for a consumer or small business subscription or service. You have developed best-in-class experiences and programs that have both delighted customers and driven meaningful growth for the business.
* Understand customer needs and assess current experiences using inside-out and outside-in methodologies, identifying optimization opportunities.
* Analyze renewal dynamics, product usage and behavioral data to identify, size and prioritize opportunities to drive incremental renewals.
* Propose thoughtful roadmaps of investments to drive short and longer-term growth, influencing partner teams and driving execution to land these opportunities.
* Develop OKRs for renewals and align on targets with partner teams.
* Deeply understand renewal performance drivers, identifying and investigating important trends and providing commentary for business reviews and stakeholder education
* Provide regular insight of the impact from delivered investments toward business goals.
* 5+ years driving customer and business outcomes for consumer or small business subscriptions or services through experimentation, product, and lifecycle investments.
* Strong business acumen and analytical mindset with a keen sense of urgency.
* Robust understanding of subscriber metrics.
* High level of comfort using different types of data to generate customer and business insights.
* Proven ability to influence and collaborate with partner teams towards common goals.
* Articulate communicator with strong executive presence
* Required: Bachelor's degree in human-centered design, engineering, marketing or business
* Preferred: MBA
