We manufacture innovative specialty pools and accessories. This position performs assembly and other tasks involved in the production of Endless Pools products. The position follows standard work methods and practices safe work habits to ensure production is as efficient and safe as possible.

What Youll Do

* Work 2nd Shift (3 pm to 11 pm). Please note: An initial training period will take place during 1st Shift.

* Operate manufacturing equipment and hand tools.

* Produce key components and assemblies at satisfactory rate with exceptional quality.

* Work in a safe manner and follow standard work procedures.

* Work in a team-oriented atmosphere and assist fellow co-workers to meet goals.

* Perform other duties across the plant as directed.

What You Need

* In our 2nd shift, previous experience working in assembly and production is required. One or more years of full-time production or assembly work is preferred.

* Prior experience working an afternoon or night shift is strongly preferred.

* Skills needed include: hand tools, power tools, attention t odetail, ability to follow work instructions (BOM, SOP, Procedures)

* Ability to meet productivity goals while maintaining high quality.

* Work well with others and also be a self-starter.

* Be reliable, have excellent attendance record, be able to get to work on time, and be able to work overtime as needed, which may include some weekends.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Open to new ideas and embrace continuous process improvement.

* Open to cross-training.

* High School diploma or GED is required.

Physical Requirements/Environment

* Safety Glasses, face mask, safety gloves, steel toe shoes/boots are required to be worn. Hearing protection and other PPE to be provided on an as needed basis.

* Noise level may be moderate to loud depending on the task or workstation; appropriate hearing protection equipment is provided.

* Must be able to physically lift 50 pounds independently, multiple times per shift and carry up to 25 lbs. frequently during the work shift.

* Must be able to lift items floor to waist, waist to crown level, and horizontally.

* Must be able to physically perform simple grasping, firm grasping, fine manipulation, and neck rotation throughout the workday.

* Must be able to physically twist, push/pull, reach at or above shoulder height, reach below shoulder height occasionally throughout the workday.

* Must be able to physically stoop, bend, squat, and balance occasionally throughout the

* workday.

* Must be able to stand long periods of time.
