The National Sales and Support team is responsible for all Consumer Bank branch behaviors, including training, communication, strategy & business development, field incentive planning and banker support. National Sales & Support develops and designs industry leading behavior tools to support the Consumer Bank Strategic Priorities: Be Customer Obsessed, Be Employee Obsessed, Deliver One Chase and Innovate across Channels. The team is also responsible for driving the communication strategy for the field which includes crafting and delivering clear and timely communications to the 45,000 branch-based employees across the 5,000 plus Chase branch network. The team develops and executes initiatives and strategies to improve the client experience. As the voice of the field, the team plays a critical role in driving and supporting strategic projects across the Consumer Bank, Product, Marketing, Technology, Training, Communications, Controls organizations as well as other lines of business.

The One Chase Business Development team within National Sales is a highly visible team that has extensive interaction with senior management across functions and lines of business to help drive better collaboration across the bank through incentives/performance management, joint plays, reporting, leads, training and communications.

The One Chase Business Development Officer for Home Lending is responsible for transforming the role and career path of the Licensed Banker job family and leading the partnership between the Consumer Bank and Home Lending businesses. Focus is on increasing the level of One Chase advice licensed bankers can provide to clients, developing strategy and executing new infrastructure to help Consumer Bankers prepare themselves to take One Chase Career Pathways, and deepening the partnership between Home Lending within the branch ecosystem.

The optimal candidate will be familiar with both the Consumer Bank and Lending operating models, and will have demonstrated the ability to partner with senior leadership to deliver important initiatives across an expansive field organization.

Core Responsibilities:

Drive the development of strategic priorities and initiatives to increase collaboration across the Consumer Bank and Home Lending businesses

Be the Consumer Bank representative and liaison with Home Lending for all initiatives that involve bank branches

Design Consumer Bank upskilling journeys for each Lending business from ensuring all Bankers are equipped with baseline knowledge to designing a journey for Bankers that want to become Home Lending Advisors

Develop and evolve the lead strategy to deliver impactful, value-add reasons for Bankers to contact clients to drive deepening with investments

Design the communications strategy to ensure content is communicated across both organizations in a consistent, timely and digestible format

Work with Senior Management to define initiatives and ensure projects align with business requirements, e.g., scope, impact, projected results

Perform analysis to identify learnings, performance and recommendations for strategic initiatives

Prepare and deliver presentations for Joint CEO Business Reviews

Qualifications:

BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience (advanced degrees, other certification a plus)

Familiarity with Wealth Management organizations preferred

Ability to structure and scope complex problems and apply a range of analytical tools to develop solutions

Team player with ability to build strong cross-business relationships

Must be comfortable with ambiguity and change in a fast-paced environment

Self-motivated individual that demonstrates initiative with proven flexibility, adaptability, and reliability with minimal supervision

Ability to confidently communicate in a succinct and effective way to a cross-functional group of senior leaders

Superior Excel, PowerPoint and MS Project skills

Proven track record of delivering results on major projects/programs

Flexibility for occasional domestic travel
