International Paper, a leader in the industrial packaging industry, is currently looking to fill full-time production positions in its Three Rivers, MI Container facility.

We are looking for motivated individuals who are capable of performing a multitude of functions in a flexible, fast paced production environment. Our workplace requires individuals who understand the needs of the business while maintaining a focus on safety, customer satisfaction, quality, and productivity. Specific responsibilities include running machines, reading factory orders, basic computer data entry skills, accurately reading tape measures, gauges and other test equipment, utilizing basic shop math, inspecting, counting and stacking product, accurately completing quality and administrative documents and following written and verbal instructions.

Qualifications for consideration are a minimum of six months industrial manufacturing or equivalent experience in a fast-paced environment and a stable work history. Two years of experience is preferred. Highly-qualified candidates would possess manufacturing experience in the corrugated/converting industry.

Candidates must be willing to work any shift, frequent overtime, and weekends.

Prior to initiating employment, all candidates considered for employment will be required to participate in an extensive testing process, structured interview, background check, physical and drug testing.

Compensation includes a starting wage of $22.05/hr. We also offer an excellent benefits package that includes medical, dental, disability, life and accident insurance, pension plan, and 401(k) plan.
