Data Center Functional Validation (FVDC) team is looking for System Validation Engineers to join their dynamic and growing team. You will be working on Intels flagship server platforms and will be responsible for the post-si validation of different core functional areas of the server while interacting closely with the architecture, design and pre-silicon validation teams.

Responsibilities:

* Creates defines and develops system validation environment and test suites
* Uses and applies emulation and platform level tools and techniques to ensure performance to spec
* Responsible for the development of methodologies execution of validation plans and debug of failures
* Requires broad understanding of multiple system areas and requires interfaces with Architecture Design and Presilicon Validation teams in improving post silicon test content and providing feedback for future ondie debug features

Qualifications

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

Minimum Qualifications:

The candidate must have a Bachelors degree in Electrical, Computer Engineering or Computer Science and 3+ years of experience in:

* Microprocessor validation
* CPU microarchitecture Understanding
* Working knowledge of Logic or Protocol Analyzer equipment
* Design verification or validation disciplines or system platform level debug and/or root cause isolation methodology and tools
* Python programming and/or shell scripting
* Test Automation Frameworks

Preferred Qualifications:

* Linux OS Windows OSC programming
* Bring up and management of Server Silicon Architecture
