This position is associated with the sale of Intel's NAND memory and storage business to SK hynix (You can read more about the transaction in the press release - https://newsroom.intel.com/wp-content/uploads/sites/11/2020/10/nand-memory-news-q-a.pdf). The transaction will enhance the resources and potential of the business' storage solutions, including client and enterprise SSDs, in the rapidly growing NAND Flash space amid the era of big data.

This is an exciting time to be at Intel - come join the NPSG (NAND Products and Solutions Group) Sales & Marketing team as a Customer Marketing Manager. The team needs an individual who balances sales, program management, and technical marketing strengths to thrive in uncertainty and build something great. The Customer Marketing Manager is responsible for aligning the business unit to the largest hyperscale cloud customers in PRC and able to foster new business opportunities for the organization. The position aligns to Phase 1 of the transaction, which is expected to close in late 2021 subject to regulatory approvals and other customary conditions. At deal close, this position will transition to the wholly owned subsidiary of SK hynix.

* Accelerate design win opportunities by owning all communications and decisions between the business unit and the customer account teams
* Partner with your customers, account teams, engineering, and product development to program manage long range opportunities that align to the NPSG strategy
* Accountable for the customer scorecard and customer experience surveys
* Develop sales acceleration, sales enablement, and marketing programs with non-recurring engineering (NRE) funds and market development funds (MDF)
* Develop, deliver, and execute annual customer success plans which outline critical success factors and measures for success

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required with a preference for engineering or computer science
7+ years of experience in sales engineering (ex. FAE) and/or business development within the cloud industry
A strong understanding of the NPSG business, products, solutions, and how they relate to the cloud customers in China
Technical Sales - A proven track record leading or supporting technical sales and exceeding account expectations
Leadership - This role requires exceptional communication skills and the ability to influence teams that do not report to you for the benefit of our customers
Program Management - Excellent skills in planning for a portfolio of engagements, cross-group collaboration, resource orchestration, analytical capabilities, and attention to detail required
Consensus Building - The ability to drive for faster customer decisions within the business unit by engaging the correct stakeholders
Marketing - The ability to tell a compelling story to advocate inwardly for your customer's needs and outwardly the inimitable value of NPSG products and services in the form of cloud solutions

* Able to support the PRC time zone on a regular basis

How to Stand Out:

* MBA or equivalent relevant business experience
* Previous experience structuring strategic partnerships and contracts
* The ability to synthesize large amounts of information and work with technical leaders to create cloud solutions and rapid prototypes for your customer segment
* Cloud solution architect experience
* Experience working for a major cloud service provider and approving new datacenter hardware
* Conversational in Mandarin is a plus
