Omni-Channel (Fulfillment Associate Duties:
* Perform daily Omni-Channel tasks in the store including: Curbside Pick-up, Ship-from-Store (SFS and Buy Online Pick-up In-Store (BOPIS processes
* Participate in Loss Prevention procedures related to Omni-Channel processes
* Fulfill the company-defined customer experience by completing all processes according to our service level standards
* Assist in the completion of incoming SFS orders including picking, packing, and shipping orders
* Assist in completing daily FedEx Box Count Audits according to company Inventory Control and Loss Prevention standards
* Assist in the completion of incoming BOPIS orders including picking, pack, and staging the orders for customer pickup
* Support the Customer Pickup Process of BOPIS orders by retrieving orders from the stage/holding area in a timely manner
* Assist in the BOPIS aged order review by reviewing orders, changing order status in the system and returning product to the sales floor if necessary
All Teammates are required to adhere to all safety policies and procedures. Additionally, as business needs arise, other tasks may become necessary.
Qualifications
Success Profile:
* High School Diploma or Equivalent
* 1-3 years of Retail, warehouse, or shipping experience preferred
* Flexible availability including early morning, nights/overnights, weekend, and holidays
* Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
* Ability to bend, stoop, reach, stand, push, pull, and lift cartons/bins weighing approximately 10-50 pounds each repetitively

The Story begins ...
DICK’S Sporting Goods was founded in 1948 when an 18 year-old Dick Stack was working at an Army surplus store in Binghamton, New York. An avid fisherman, Dick was approached by the store owner to come up with a list of products needed to get into the fishing tackle business. After Dick presented his suggestions, the owner told him he was a dumb kid and had no idea what he was doing. Dick was upset and promptly quit. He went to his grandmother’s house where he spent a lot of time as a kid and told her what had happened.
Dick’s grandmother asked how much it would cost to build the store himself. Dick said it would cost $300. His grandmother then went to the cookie jar where she kept her life savings and gave him $300 and told him “do it yourself.” Dick used that money and his relentless work-ethic to open a bait-and-tackle shop in Binghamton. By the late 1970's, he expanded his product line to include much of what you’ll find at DICK’S Sporting Goods today.

Ed Stack is the current CEO and Chairman of DICK’S Sporting Goods. He and his siblings are responsible for taking two stores and growing the chain. DICK’S continues to offer the finest quality products at competitive prices, supported by teammates with a passion for sports.
