We have been informed of instances where jobseekers are led to believe of fictitious job opportunities with Deloitte US (Deloitte). In one or more such cases, false promises of actual or potential selection, or initiation or completion of the recruitment formalities appear to have been or are being made. Some jobseekers appear to have been asked to pay money to specified bank accounts of individuals or entities as a condition of their selection for a job with Deloitte. These individuals or entities are in no way connected with Deloitte and do not represent or otherwise act on behalf of Deloitte.

We would like to clarify that:

* At Deloitte, ethics and integrity are fundamental and not negotiable.
* We are against corruption and neither offer bribes nor accept them, nor induce or permit any other party to make or receive bribes on our behalf.

Seeking a Dynamic Scrum Master with Top Secret Clearance

If you are seeking a role that offers you the opportunity to work with clients through critical issues, consider a career in Deloitte's Government and Public Services (GPS) Technology practice.

As a Scrum Master in our practice you will:

* Interface with clients and other project stakeholders to lead the delivery of product releases
* Track the progress of release schedules across the contract and oversee the generation and dissemination of the weekly project status report
* Facilitate contract-wide Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective ceremonies
* Proactively manage and mitigate risks and issues across Scrum team
* Elicit, analyze, document, help prioritize, and manage requirements from multiple stakeholders
* Manage the activities, user stories, tasks, and deliverables of application releases throughout the Agile SAFe SDLC

Required Qualifications:

* 2+ years of technology consulting or other relevant industry experience (Minimum of 1 year in an Agile environment serving as a ScrumMaster)

* Proficient with Agile Lifecycle Management tools (e.g. Jira, Rally, VersionOne, etc.), as well as with word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation creation tools

* Participate in / facilitate discussions to discover solutions, as well as capturing and transforming business and technology requirements into high-quality User Stories and Acceptance criteria

* Scrum Master Certification (CSM, PSM, or SSM)

* Active Top Secret Clearance (Interim Accepted)

* Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

Desired Qualifications:

* Bachelor's Degree from an accredited College or University

* Experience with CLM, TFS and Remedy

* SAFe Certified

* Team-oriented and flexible in a fast-paced environment

* Candidate must be willing to relocate and/or travel to the DC Metropolitian Area post COVID (Due to COVID-19, non-essential travel has been suspended until further notice)
