Operations Administrator
Description
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
* Lead, mentor, and manage a team that runs the day-to-day operation while also being responsible for all functions and financial metrics.
* Develop the Annual Operating Plan with input from Business Development and Branch Managers.
* Ensure business growth by maintaining business relationships with customers, and develop new business partners and alliances for the business.
* Manage compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards and compliance; oversees health, safety, and environmental audits.
* Monitor all appropriate business metrics including Branch balanced scorecards, profit and loss metrics, and asset metrics.
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
* Significant experience required, including supervisory, product, customer, and budgetary experience.
* College, university or equivalent degree in Engineering, Business or related field; or minimum 5 years work experience in a related field.

Mode Selection - Evaluates and selects appropriate transportation mode and equipment type by lane through shipment volume analysis against business requirements to provide optimal shipping method (balance cost, quality and time).
Education, Licenses, Certifications
High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.
This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.

The Power Systems segment offers back-up and prime power generators, controls, paralleling systems, and transfer switches, as well as A/C generator/alternator products under the Stamford, AVK, and Markon brands. The Electrified Power segment provides electric and hybrid powertrain systems; and battery modules, packs, and systems for commercial, industrial, and material handling applications. The company sells its products to original equipment manufacturers, dealers/distributors, and end users. The company was formerly known as Cummins Engine Company and changed its name to Cummins Inc. in 2001. Cummins Inc. was founded in 1919 and is headquartered in Columbus, Indiana.
