Cyber Risk and Assessments Program Manager
Key Role:
Lead the development, integration, and delivery of innovative Cybersecurity risk and assessment solutions and service offerings to protect and effectively manage risk in federal and global commercial environments from cybersecurity threats. Act as a strategic business advisor and align solutions with business needs, create innovative approaches to address client requirements, and build collaborative internal and external relationships with clients and business partners. Act as a thought leader and drive the development of new, differentiated cyber risk and assessment capabilities and service offerings. Partner with senior leaders across the firm to identify and prioritize new business opportunities and develop go-to-market strategies. Coordinate regularly with senior clients, including CIOs, CISOs, and Control or Capability organizational leaders on Cybersecurity challenges and shape opportunities to implement solutions and service offerings by leveraging investments and proven capabilities, develop and manage relationships with strategic Cybersecurity product vendors, and identify and execute partnering and go-to-market strategies. Work with capture and delivery teams to engineer and integrate new innovative concepts, technical solutions, and approaches to solve complex Cybersecurity problems. Lead and cultivate a high performing team that develops security strategy, architecture, engineering, policy and frameworks that address clients most difficult mission and business challenges. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required. This position is open to remote delivery from any location in the U.S., to include the District of Columbia.
Basic Qualifications:
* 10+ years of experience with leading large-scale cybersecurity programs
* 5+ years of experience in Cybersecurity capability design and implementation projects, including the implementation of new people, processes, policies, and technologies for diverse security environments
* Experience with identifying and managing risk internally across business lines or externally with clients and developing mutually beneficial partnerships
* Ability to identify and capture cyber risk and assessment business opportunities with new and existing clients and develop mutually beneficial partnerships
* Ability to manage and lead delivery teams across various challenging environments
* Ability to collaborate with senior partners and executive officers to foster positive client and vendor relationships
* BA or BS degree
Additional Qualifications:
* 5+ years of experience in leading complex cyber programs across Commercial clients
* Experience with technology or cyber-related external partnership or forum
* Experience with coaching and mentoring junior staff on functional expertise
* Ability to be a self-starter and thrive in a fast-paced consulting environment
* Possession of excellent client facilitation skills
* Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
* CISSP or equivalent certification
