Join Apple and help us leave the world better than we found it! Apple is looking for an experienced Growth Marketing Manager with a background in marketing operations for subscription-based services. Do you have experience building marketing campaigns and user journeys? Do you enjoy tracking and optimizing campaigns to improve performance? Are you passionate about using data to make better decisions? The Growth Marketing Operations Team plays a key role in enabling on-device communications and automated messaging for Apples media products and services. The team focuses on the timely delivery, strategy, and execution of in-app messaging sent to millions of users across multiple Apple services, including: Apple TV+, Music, Arcade, App Store, and Apple One. We believe the role would place you in a highly energized environment with some of the most creative individuals in the industry where you would be inspired to share your years of experience along with providing extraordinary support for the team!

* At least 5 years in marketing operations and subscription based services.
* Experience with marketing CRMs system such as Salesforce or others.
* Track record of building and maximizing campaigns and journey flows to improve return on investment.
* Experience with Excel and/or tools to perform analysis and reporting.
* A cross-group collaborator working with diverse groups across various departments and geographical locations.
* Able to influence and drive decision making for the group as a whole and are fiercely independent.
* Extremely adaptable, with experience working in a business or company where conditions change rapidly.
* Experience working with engineering and product in implementing new features, providing feedback and requirements on software that powers marketing tools.
* Experience running A/B tests and measuring efficiency and strong at identifying KPIs and optimizing towards improving them.
* Track record of changing the status-quo with data and strong execution across multiple groups.

The ideal candidate brings a wealth of knowledge in marketing operations and execution. This person will have experience in online services (SAAS) and are comfortable with subscription-based services at scale. Your primary focus will be to execute on marketing strategies, build and roll out campaigns and user journeys and track their performance closely. This role requires a highly motivated self-starter who is detail oriented, highly thorough and passionate about growing Apple Services.
