On the PepsiCo eCommerce team, our Sales Lead own the relationships with our retailers that include Walmart, Amazon, Instacart and more to grow share of online sales through PepsiCos evolving and disruptive digital capabilities.

Youll be working with a globally recognized product portfolio, experimenting with assortment, pricing and fulfillment, and making a real and visible impact with the opportunity to collaborate and grow cross-functionally.

With a team of more than 250 associates and offices in Manhattan, Chicago, Plano, and Silicon Valley, PepsiCo has been laser focused on meeting consumer needs and winning in the marketplace. Investing in eCommerce, digital capabilities and talent has been a huge part of that effort, with $3 billion in retail sales projected for the rest of this year.

Were seeking an eCommerce Sales Manager at PepsiCo to lead the online sales strategy and relationship across the Walmart eCommerce platforms for the PepsiCos Beverage business (PBC), including Gatorade, Tropicana Juice, Bubly, Aquafina and more.
Key responsibilities for the role:

* Own the Customer Sales Relationship with Walmart eCommerce, specific areas of focus will include assortment strategy, pricing/promotional strategy, new product launches, customer management and delivering results.

* Develop and execute annual operating plan, focused on accelerating growth across the total portfolio and market share.

* Operate as a Team Leader: Effectively and efficiently manage a matrixed organization comprised of key stakeholders across the business including finance, supply chain/operations, marketing, and commercialization in order to prioritize key projects and programs.

* Manager team of sales managers and develop talent and bench strength.

Competencies required for the position:

* Ability to deal with ambiguity and be comfortable in a dynamic environment and business.

* Proven customer management experience as evidenced by previous roles with responsibility for customer strategy and execution.

* Strong analytical skills previous ownership of comprehensive analytical tasks and projects. Comfortable with complex financial data.

* Cross-functional literacy and ability to work cross functionally with Supply Chain, Marketing, Commercialization and Finance

* Strong problem-solving capabilities a track record of finding feasible solutions to complex problems, especially in an environment with incomplete information and tight timelines.

* The instinct for executionas evidenced by strong organizational skills, prompt follow-up, and focus on task completion.

* Ability to understand multiple retailer go-to-market strategies as evidenced by the ability to shift strategies and solutions as required

* Sound communication and presentation verbal, written communication skills and ability to educate and influence internally and externally.

* Resilience courage maintains a positive attitude when faced with obstacles and the willingness to develop alternative approaches to overcome them.

* Bias for action A willingness to roll up sleeves to get it done. Track record of making decisions to drive the interests of the business while still maintaining highest levels of rigor and compliance.

Qualifications/Requirements

* 5+ years analyst and/or sales/marketing experience
* College degree (BS/BA minimum)
* Proven success with cross-functional teams, project coordination and relentless execution & follow up
