This position will be accountable and responsible for all aspects of payroll for Team Members for the Irving manufacturing plant in accordance with Frito-Lay guidelines and PepsiCo SOX / SAG Audit standards.
Payroll Assoc Coordinator
Key Responsibilities:
* Schedule workdays Sunday to Thursday
* Serves as site payroll
* Process payroll data weekly for Team Members
* Accountable for accurately closing site payroll weekly
* Responsible for weekly reconciliation/retention of all documents required by site SOPs / SAG/SOX guidelines (i.e. missing punch forms, pay adjustment forms, etc.)
* Responsible for maintaining all schedules, pay rules, accrual profiles, etc. within the Kronos system
* Responsible for weekly reconciliation of payroll expenses between Kronos and SAP
* Responsible for administration of site vacation/holiday program
* Obtains information for payroll production and tax-related issues
* Processes pay adjustments, special payments, tax allocations, Team Member deductions as needed
* Maintains complete confidentiality
* Maintains Team Member data with the Time Keeping system
* Ensuring proper authorized signatures on submissions and/or changes
* Responsible for maintaining all schedules, pay rules, accrual profiles, etc. within the Kronos system
* Responsible for training site leaders on Kronos navigation and capability
* Accountable for ensuring that all Team Members are paid correctly (i.e. wage rates, overtime, etc.)
* Other duties as assigned to support the business

Qualifications/Requirements
Qualifications / Requirements:
* 5 years of administrative experience in a manufacturing environment required
* At least 3 years of Payroll experience preferred
* Knowledge of applicable and federal/state wage and hour laws such as FLSA, ERISA, DOL.
* Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office-Excel-Intermediate level
* Self-starter & team player with the ability to effectively manage multiple projects with overlapping tasks
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
* Possess uncompromising integrity, professional maturity, and the ability to manage a large volume of confidential data appropriately
* Strong Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
* Outstanding organization and follow-up skills
* Detailed oriented, self-motivated, and self-directed
* Professional oral and written communication skills
* Ability to interact well across all levels of the organization
* Strong math skills
* Computer Skills (Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
* Previous Kronos experience preferred
* Previous SAP experience preferred
* Knowledge of applicable and federal/state wage and hour laws
* Ability to plan and manage multiple projects,
