As a Permit Administrator, your administrative support and attention to detail will be a valuable addition to the homebuilding division office. You'll coordinate between various members of your division team as well as outside parties and be a true asset to help your division reach goals for the number of homes they can start building each week.

Primary Responsibilities

* Prepare, submit and track permits for the county/city jurisdictions where we are actively building.
* Coordinate between Engineers, Developers and Architectural Services any comments relative to the permit process to ensure comments are being addressed and delivered to appropriate agencies.
* Coordinate submissions of architecture and follow-up on all comments to enable product to get certified.
* Obtain Driveway and Sediment Control bonds as necessary.
* Manage fees with permit runners to obtain permits within appropriate timeframes.

* Experience with homebuilding industry a plus
