Northrop Grumman SSSD has an opening for a Quality Analyst to join our Mission Assurance team of qualified, diverse individuals. This position will be located in Redondo Beach, CA.

In this role, you will join a team dedicated to effective management of processes and tools that enable the organization to perform their roles within a compliant Quality Management System that is both agile and constantly managing change for the common good.

Essential Functions:

* Support a board of subject matter experts and program leads in handling issues on parts, materials, and process for Northrop Grumman SSSD. As an Analyst for this board, you will assist the board leads in preparing reports, Alerts, Information Bulletins, coordinating action items and organizing deliverables
* Perform technical and administrative support functions with common tools housed in SharePoint as well as Enovia PLMS and other reporting systems.
* Communicate and coordinate with process and quality management across business areas
* Reviews, analyzes and reports on quality and performance discrepancies related to common processes and tools used across business areas
* Utilizes agile process tools to support multiple process improvement initiatives.
* Work closely with process owners and subject matter experts to ensure that business needs are accurately addressed in systems and tools

Qualification

Basic Qualifications:

* Bachelor 39;s Degree in a STEM field plus 3 years of related work experience, OR 1 year of related work experience with a Master 39;s Degree in a STEM field, OR 7 years of related work experience in lieu of a degree
* Experience with SharePoint lists and/or workflow development
* Ability to work within cross functional teams

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience utilizing Microsoft Sharepoint with site ownership responsibility
* Experience with Quality Processes like Material Review Board (MRB) or Alert Review Board (ARB)
* Experience with Agile/Lean/SixSigma methodolgies
