Northrop Grumman Space Systems is seeking a Staff Level Test Data Analysis Lead Engineer. This position will be located in Roy, Utah and will support the Ground Based Strategic Deterrent (GBSD) program. Learn more about the GBSD program here.

What You rsquo;ll Get To Do:

The qualified applicant will become part of Northrop Grumman rsquo;s Space System Test Team. The selected candidate will work in a dynamic people-focused environment where he/she will interact with users, customers and other engineers.

The Data Analysts will develop analysis and reporting capabilities. They will also monitor performance and quality control plans to identify improvements.

Experience working with data generated from automated SW test Systems.

Responsibilities include:

bull;Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports

bull;Develop and implement data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality

bull;Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems

bull;Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets

bull;Work with management to prioritize test data analysis and use for design improvements

bull;Locate and define new process improvement opportunities

This position rsquo;s standard work schedule is a 9/80. The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off.

Job Qualifications:

You rsquo;ll Bring These Qualifications:

bull;14 Years with Bachelors; 12 Years with Masters, 9 with a Phd,or 18 years of experience in lieu of a degree
bull;Are you a US Citizen and have the ability to obtain maintain a Secret clearance
bull;Proven working experience as a data analyst or Test Instrumentation data analyst

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
bull;Technical expertise regarding data models, database design development, data mining and segmentation techniques
bull;Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing datasets (Excel, SPSS, SAS etc hellip;)
bull;Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
bull;Adept at queries, report writing and presenting findings
bull;Active Top Secret Clearance
bull;Experience in ICBMs or Aerospace programs
bull;Experience with NX and Teamcenter
bull;Experience with DOORS requirements management tool
bull;MBSE and CAMEO experience
