If so, our AN/AAQ-24 LAIRCM Team is looking for a seasoned, motivated logistics analyst who will be instrumental in managing relationships with key suppliers, analyzing material repair requirements, and partnering with Global Supply Chain to enforce contractual requirements per the Statements of Work. You will be in a high visibility role. The analyst will be expected to prepare monthly financial forecasts and analyze data trends that could have a financial impact on the program.

Your responsibilities Include:
1. Cultivate strategic relationships with suppliers to ensure components are repaired within the contractual turnaround time and identify potential risks that may directly impact the ability to meet the programs requirements.
2. Prioritize, schedule, and execute component repairs through coordination with functional organizations to include the Depot Operation, Quality Assurance, and Global Supply Chain and subcontractor.
3. Collaborate within the material team to establish monthly supplier requirements ensuring an adequate material baseline is established to meet customer demands.
4. Prioritize, schedule, and act as central point of contact for repair subcontractors, Strategic Partners and other Northrup Grumman Sector repair organizations.
5. Perform cost account management responsibilities for repair suppliers to include cost forecasting and payment management to ensure accurate financial impact.
6. Control the efficient flow of goods, services, and information between points of origin through customer placement in order to meet customer requirements.
7. Perform the execution and continuous improvement of standard logistics processes, such as the replenishment system, data interchange systems, demand management, electronic data systems administration and related functions.
Qualification

Basic Qualifications:
1. Bachelors in Science; Public Relations or related degree and a minimum of 3 years of supply chain, material management or supplier management experience in a production and/or depot environment. An additional 4 years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of the degree requirement.
2. Minimum of 3 years of financial forecasting/planning of expenditures.
3. Ability to obtain/maintain a DoD Secret Clearance.
4. Ability to obtain/maintain access to work at our Warner Robins facility.

Preferred Qualifications:
1. Active Secret clearance.
2. Experience working with suppliers, forming strategic relationships and analyzing possible risk positions.
3. Experience in budget forecasting and cost account management
4. Experience using Teamcenter MRO system and SAP.
