Northrop Grumman SSSD has an opening for a Director 1, ARIS Strategy and Enduring Missions to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. This position will be located in Redondo Beach, CA.
In this role, the selected candidate will be expected to:
* Lead the formation of strategy across the ARIS portfolio of programs and manage cross-division, cross-sector and corporate relationships to best execute the ARIS strategic vision for over $10B of strategic awards and captures and associated NCTA investments.
* Lead the ARIS ldquo;Growth Steering Committee rdquo; and Business Strategy Team (BST) with a regular rhythm to ensure that strategies and plans are aligned across the portfolio and Space Sector.
* Facilitate coordination with NG stakeholders and external customers to address new challenges, capture strategies, develop joint technology roadmaps, and support new growth opportunities.
* Partner with technology development organizations and across other Mission business units to provide program support for investment plans and capture strategies.
* Support broader Division/Sector/Cross-Sector and Corporate growth objectives.
* Support broader NGC advocacy work.
* Coordinate across ARIS to provide inputs to data calls on questions on strategy, competitiveness, technology gaps and competitive assessments.
* This includes inputs on White Papers intended for Corporate Government Relations.
This role has a large customer focus requiring the ability to recognize and respond to customer needs in order to develop additional sales that support organizational objectives.

Qualification
Basic Qualifications:
* Active (in-scope) SCI/SSBI
* Minimum Bachelor 39;s Degree in a STEM discipline from an accredited institution with ten (10) years of experience in a related industry, field, and/or role
* Minimum five (5) years of program leadership, strategy or capture positions
* Experience in major proposals and/or captures and/or technology development efforts.
* Experience leading technical teams.
* The ability to deliver, manage, and present communications (written/oral) with stakeholders through organized processes to ensure that program information is defined, collected, shared, understood, stored and retrieved in a manner that effectively meets program and stakeholder needs.
* Experience independently assessing complex problems and decomposing into a plan of action while coordinating across a large and diverse team of technical and schedule/business SMEs.
