Reporting to the Vice President of HR for the Aeronautics Systems (AS) Sector, the Senior Director of Organization Effectiveness (OE) will serve in a key leadership role on the sector HR leadership team and provide oversight for a broad set of organization development and talent management functions including succession management, leadership and employee performance management, functional development, and culture/engagement strategy and people operations.
Additionally, this person will partner with HR leadership to provide organization analysis and performance consulting. This includes organization diagnostics and performance consulting including operational performance, leadership and team effectiveness assessment and program development/facilitation. This person also plays a key role on the enterprise OE council, interacting with corporate Talent Management and Development (TM amp;D) and peers in other sectors to ensure sector strategic application of and alignment to enterprise talent management and development philosophies, programs and resources.
Responsibilities:
* Collaborating and providing advisory to sector HR Business Leaders to develop and implement talent strategies to address business priorities. This includes assessing critical business and leadership issues to design and implement organization effectiveness solutions that enhance performance.
* Applying broad based knowledge of HR to provide OD consulting and change agility expertise, and design/develop organization change efforts necessary to achieve business long range strategic plan (LRSP) and annual operating plans (AOP).
* Facilitate organization assessment and development initiatives aimed at increasing team effectiveness, operational efficiency and systemic culture change by designing and executing on appropriate interventions
* Provide thought leadership on various development and talent programs aimed at specific talent segments and sector business outcomes (e.g., early career programs, NG Legacy)
* Providing strategic and operational support to the HR Vice President, including collaborating across HR and the business on various actions and providing recommendations to shape executive presentations and other key deliverables
* Leveraging data and metrics to identify areas of opportunity and evolve/improve offerings, interventions

Qualification
Basic Qualifications:
* Bachelor rsquo;s degree in business, management, organizational development, human resources, or closely related field is required.
* Minimum of 12+ years of experience in organizational development or a role demonstrating expertise in implementing organizational and/or talent management solutions to include change management, talent management and development, rotational programs, or leadership / functional development.
* Demonstrated experience leading medium-large teams of direct and indirect leadership teams to drive successful business and functional outcomes
* Experience collaborating with and influencing senior leaders (VPs) to ensure client-satisfaction regarding project and/or process goals and objectives and strategic initiatives
* Must be willing to travel (25%) of the time
Preferred Qualifications:
* Desired experience includes Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) or line of business experience to include organizational effectiveness / organization development, with strong knowledge and understanding of talent management and internal consulting practices.
* Experience in consulting / coaching senior (C-suite) leadership and expertise in change management and strategic communication strongly preferred.
* Demonstrated capability in process improvement implementation.
* Prior experience leading one or more Center of Excellence functions at the sector level.
* Master rsquo;s degree or advanced certification in OE/OD preferred.
