The Systems Engineering Directorate within SSSD is seeking a SE Directorate Lead (DHL) to manage the staffing operations of this growing and dynamic directorate. This is a full-time Engineering position with a support team. The DHL has ownership of the end-to-end SSSD SE staffing process and metrics. The primary duty is to coordinate with program staffing leads and functional homeroom managers to ensure timely fulfillment of staffing requests and releases of systems engineers from programs. The SE Staffing team is responsible for proactively managing program headcount requirements, including involvement with UR amp;R, to ensure accurate staffing and destaffing for the entire SSSD SE Directorate.

Qualification
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor 39;s Science degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math) discipline with 5+ years of engineering experience OR
- Master 39;s Science degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math) discipline with 3+ years of engineering experience
- The ability to obtain and maintain a DoD clearance
Preferred Qualifications:
- Demonstrated management or leadership experience
- Knowledge of multiple systems programs, systems engineering roles and staffing processes and tools
- Experience interfacing with Directors and VPs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- TS/SCI clearance preferred
