SSSD has an opening for a Administrative Assitant 4 to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. This position will be located in Redondo Beach, California.

In this role, the selected candidate will perform the following:

* Manage Calendars, appointments and team meetings for AMP Hardware Acquisition Management (HAM) as well as the Electronics Assembly amp; Test (EA amp;T) organizations
* Make travel arrangements, preparing and submitting expense reports-Domestic amp; International
* Purchase/distribute supplies, order meals/refreshments for meetings
* Support all team members for both organizations
* Assists in event planning and activities for both organizations
* Maintain and enter IOCs in Enovia, support documentation management as required
* Act as the Trusted Agent POC for the R6 building
* Manage the logistics of the R6 SCIF (facility orders, moves, work with security to ensure compliance with the rules and regulations)

The selected candidate must have excellent interpersonal and organization skills and ability to interface with senior level management and executives.

Qualification

Basic Qualifications:

High school diploma with a minimum of 6 years administrative assistant/support work experience.

Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Work, and Outlook).

Must possess a U.S. Government Secret /SCI Level Clearance.

Preferred Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team based environment.

Knowledge of applicable NGC policies and procedures, including security requirements desired.
