Senior Program Manager, Loyalty

Nordstrom is looking for a Senior Program Manager, Loyalty Strategy. This role contributes to Nordstroms success by supporting the mid to long term evolution of the loyalty program design, The Nordy Club, in line with the overarching strategic objectives.

A day in the life

* Enhance and evolve the design and purpose of the loyalty program across its benefits, events, experience and extended partnership structure, within the member & Card portfolio in US and Canada.
* Proactively identity and develop strategic and financial perspectives on priority initiatives related to program evolution, leveraging data & insights across program performance, customer feedback, competitive landscape and market set trends.
* Partner with Business, Strategy, Marketing and Credit leaders to evaluate needs, propose recommendations and generate buy-in for the key changes.
* Partner with Product / Tech, Operations and Marketing teams to deliver new customer experiences that achieve desired program experience.
* Use test and learn methods to optimize program design and value.
* Support program governance and development of frameworks and materials leveraged in leadership forums to share results, insights and vision.
* Support ad hoc projects as required.

You own this if you have

* 5+ years of demonstrated success in strategy and program management
* 4 year degree in related field preferred or equivalent experience
* Extensive experience managing stakeholder relationships
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills
