Position Summary
Develop and deliver a customized executive onboarding experience and Executive Leadership Development program. Lead a team of executive coaches and assessment managers, who will accelerate experienced leader development and career trajectory within Kroger. Design the internal executive coaching services strategy to support career and succession planning. Build a robust leadership training library to reinforces the Kroger Leadership Model and strengthen leader capabilities. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deploy and assess the effectiveness of leadership training and coaches. Demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.

Essential Job Functions

* Collaborate with HR business partners to identify and align business objectives for executive onboarding and development
* Design and deliver executive leadership development placement methodologies
* Develop rating scales, leverage psychological test to assess skills, abilities, and interests for purposes of career development, placement, and promotion
* Understand business specific career development and succession gaps, opportunities, wins and best practices to create solutions to enhance bench strength
* Create visibility to executive development opportunities, partnering with communications and Centers of Excellence
* Ensure executive onboarding and development connects to the Kroger Leadership Model and core values
* Ensure the successful integration of Diversity & Inclusion strategies into programs and processes
* Consolidate succession plans and provide overall perspective on executive leadership pipeline
* Track leadership development initiatives against annual resourcing plan; take corrective action if necessary
* Monitor KPI processes and targets for executive leadership development and career pathing
* Apply change management principles to build strong partnership with internal and external stakeholders
* Partner with key stakeholders to ensure current processes are executed seamlessly while continuously partnering on identifying and executing on areas of opportunities
* Supervise and coach direct reports in the performance of their duties; complete performance reviews and provide feedback to direct reports
* Travel to divisions, plants and distribution centers for project planning, roll-out activities, and field visits

Minimum Position Qualifications

* 5+ years of experience in executive coaching
* Any experience in training, facilitation and leadership development
* Ability to collaborate and work cooperatively in a team-based environment
* Excellent oral/written communication skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office
* Proven ability to establish and maintain effective and cooperative working relationships
* Strong critical thinking skills, attention to detail and ability to draw conclusions
* Strong leadership skills
* Strong understanding of industry/technical terms and processes

Desired Previous Experience/Education

* Bachelor's Degree in human resources, education, organizational leadership, communication, business, or related field
* PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification, Certified Executive Coach
* Any experience as a HRBP for a large company, retail experience
